Inaccessible Boot Device after NVMe Clone

When cloning a SATA drive to NVMe, you may get "Inaccessible Boot Device".  Even if the original drive is also M.2, they may be SATA or NVMe storage interfaces and require different drivers.

The fix is to boot safe mode once, then reboot.  Windows recognizes the driver needed and automatically assigns it to fire up at boot time.
