How to install Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security

  1. Go to https://tm.login.trendmicro.com
  2. Login with your company's credentials
    1. MFA is turned on.  You will have to contact Norman Alan for that code
  3. Once logged in, click "Open Console" for Worry Free Services
  4. Click "Security Agents" on the left hand side
  5. Choose what group you want the PC to be added to or just leave it on "All Security Agents"
  6. Click "Add Security Agent"
  7. Choose one of the three options
    1. Send Installer Link - This will send a link to an email to a person with the installer.
    2. Download Installer - Use this one to save to a central location where multiple PC's can reach it and install the antivirus
    3. Install on this endpoint - This downloads a file that you can install on that PC right away
  8. Once downloaded, run the installer that you chosen.  Keep an eye on the install.
  9. If anything pops up to click "Allow" or "Yes" - do so.
  10. Installation should finish
  11. Confirm the computer is now in the Web Console
  12. Confirm the Trend Micro icon is in the tray near the time
  13. Confirm the Trend Micro icon in the tray says "Online, Enabled, and Connected"
