1. Open a web browser, preferably Google Chrome. 

2. In the top address bar, type naremote.com and press the Enter key.

3. The webpage below should appear. Enter a code provided by a TNAC technician below "Join with a code." Select the arrow to the right of the code.

4. Select ConnectWiseControl.Client.exe on the bottom left corner, as shown below.

5. A User Account Control prompt will appear. Select Yes.

A technician should now be able to remotely connect to your computer and assist accordingly.
