Go to https://checkpoint.riag.com/ and sign in. (You may get an error about being connected in more than one location)
Under My Quick Links click PPC Install/Update
click Install/Update
In the window that opens Right click on PRODUCT INSTALLER and choose Open in new window. Download will not start until you hit refresh. ]

Run the Setup file. - Next part only valid for local installs.
Choose Install to Local Machine and click Next
Under Products to be installed - This will depend on what the customer needs updated and is not very clear based on support instructions. To install the application I chose only the options that did not have dates.
Hit Clear all and select the products you want to update and click Next.
Hit Next
Select all and Install
Hit Finish
You may need to move icons back to where the customer had them. The update process seems to delete and restore them.
