How to remove a Microsoft 365 Account from Outlook

 

  1. Click the Start Menu Button in Windows
  2. Start typing “Control Panel” without the quotes
  3. Select the “Control Panel” app
  4. You should see this screen: 
  5. Click “Mail (Microsoft Outlook)”
  6. The “Mail Setup – Outlook” box pops up.  Click “Email Accounts”
  7. Select the name of the account you want to remove and click “Remove”
  8. Click Close
