How to remove a Microsoft 365 Account from Outlook
- Click the Start Menu Button in Windows
- Start typing “Control Panel” without the quotes
- Select the “Control Panel” app

You should see this screen:
- Click “Mail (Microsoft Outlook)”
- The “Mail Setup – Outlook” box pops up. Click “Email Accounts”
- Select the name of the account you want to remove and click “Remove”
- Click Close
