A Team can be created by any user by selecting “Join or create a Team” on the bottom left corner.

            Select “Create Team.”

                        Select to Build a team from scratch.

                                                Choose Private if the Team should                                                            require an invite for users to join.

                                                Select Public if any user should be able                                                    to join without an invite.

    Invite users whom should be able to chat      within the Team.

                    Your new Team should appear on the                          left side of Microsoft Teams.
