This error causes Worldship to be unable to communicate back to UPS:
Steps to resolve:
1. Close Worldship
2. Navigate to C:\Programdata\UPS\WSTD\PSD
3. Clear out any files that are 0kb in size
4. Re-launch Worldship
At this point Worldship should open without the communication failure. If still getting the error here is a secondary method provided by UPS support:
1. Close Worldship
2. Navigate to C:\Programdata\UPS\WSTD\Outmail
3. Clear contents of the Outmail folder completely
4. Re-launch Worldship
